Shipping charges are intended to cover the costs incurred to process, prepare, and transport your order. We guarantee delivery on the day requested or we will refund your shipping cost.
Our fulfillment department ships your gift packages to be received on the exact delivery date you selected in your order. Most orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will be available to ship the same day via standard service, while orders placed after 2:00 pm EST may have to ship via expedited service. For bakery products, our cutoff time is Monday through Wednesday, 10 am EST to go out that day. Most orders in by 2 pm Thursday can ship overnight for Friday delivery (some items are excluded). We do not ship over the weekend, so orders in after 10 am Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
Yes! Shipments are guaranteed for Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, Overnight, and Saturday. If our delivery partner misses the delivery then we will refund the shipping on your gift. Please know that if the recipient is not home and was unable to deliver the package, this does not qualify as missing the delivery. Also, circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, and so forth void the delivery guarantee. We run over 99% on time so trouble with shipping is a very infrequent event.
Shipping charges vary by gift basket and shipping speed and are applied to each package in your order. Standard US delivery charges are displayed under the quick view or specification tab beneath each item on the site. Expedited shipping, or shipping charges to Canada, are calculated during the order process. Simply enter your recipient's address, select the date you would like your gift to arrive, and you will be able to view the shipping charges.
Log into your account, and click on View Order Status. If your order shows 'pending' or 'processing', that indicates that your order has not yet shipped. If your gift has shipped, you can view your tracking number, track your package en route, and verify delivery details.

To help ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition, during May-October, we pack our heat-sensitive products in heat-resistant packaging.

There will be a $3.99 - $5.99 fee for all heat-sensitive gifts which will be added to your cart automatically. This fee covers the cost of the heat-sensitive packaging.
Shipping for heat-sensitive gifts cannot exceed 2 days transit time and cannot ship over a weekend, so most orders in after 2 pm Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
