Return Policy

Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. We will refund your order total and less our costs for shipping and handling each way. Returns will only be accepted with an RMA number. To obtain a RMA numbers please contact our customer care at 888-599-4438 or support@bbbaskets.com.


For perishable products such as pastries, cakes, and fruits, unfortunately, once they leave our facility we cannot accept returns. All products are included in our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee; if you are not satisfied please contact our customer care support at 888-599-4438 or support@bbbaskets.com.

For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. While this situation does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in our product.
