The gift is very nice. However, I ordered two of the same for different people and locations. I ordered both gifts well in advance of the events. I was given two delivery options standard and expedited. I didn't select the expedited option considering seven days as standard delivery was plenty of time for the arrival. Unfortunately, the standard delivery was not mailed out during my purchase date. They waited more than seven days to process my orders. This to me is deliberate to collect additional shipping fees. The second order is still on hold. Over three weeks past my purchase date. Although the gift was well-received I most likely will not order again.
